Training Course Development
Codarra provides training needs analysis and course development for strategic environments in the Department of Defence and federal government agencies. Course development includes the customisation of the PRINCE2 methodology to suit varying organisational needs.

Achieve up to 40 AIPM CPD Points by attending Codarra's Project Management Courses
Codarra’s Diploma of Project Management and Certificate IV in Project Management courses carry 40 CPD points our PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner courses carry 15 CPD points for an AIPM RegPM recertification, effective from 1 June 2010.
AIPM’s members, whom are certified project management professionals need to undertake continuous professional development to maintain currency of their certification. At CPPP level they need to collect 40 CPD points over a three year period, at CPPM level 60 and at CPPD level 80.
