Microsoft Project Introduction

This one day course is designed for both project management and project administration staff in organisations that need a basic understanding of MS Project.  It outlines the nature of the software and how to practically use it in the workplace.

Participants will understand the basics of MS Project and the common tricks and traps of using the software.

Overview
The purpose of the day is to give participants an overview of MS Project and provide a method for planning projects using the software.  At the end of the course the students will be able to:

  • Add activities to a project
  • Link activities with logic and constraints
