This 2 day program refreshes the knowledge gained in the PRINCE2 Foundation course and provides in depth analysis and study techniques of the PRINCE2 Practitioner.
The Practitioner Certificate Upgrade course enables project managers and members of project management teams to learn the PRINCE2 project management method in sufficient detail to pass the Practitioner level accreditation examination. Some additional evening work is required during the course. On passing the examination delegates are fully equipped to run a project using the PRINCE2 method, or to join a PRINCE2 project team.
